We do not work for any bank or deal into sales directly with any lender. we specialise in lending guidelines of various banks and lenders.
We have a huge database of policies and guidelines of all the banks and deal accordingly. Banks and lenders often change their guidelines frequently. We keep ourselves updated which derives our success rates better compared to others.
The applications are normally Pre-assessed to achieve better results and explore better options. It usually is time consuming compared to submit directly to bank but it helps providing better options too.
We are familiar to the demands and requirements of lending officers as we have been dealing them over the years. These requirements are carefully met before submitting the application which helps escalating the application.
Low doc loans in vehicle and mortgage are our specialty too.

We do not charge clients

We are paid by lenders and banks for home and investment property loans. The structure of personal and vehicle loan is slight different but we still get paid by lenders and do not charge clients directly.
The bank has to pay either us or their staff to get their work done. So either way, the client does not pay directly to bank or us. We even get better interest rate deals with the same bank sometimes where you have been customers for ages.
The benefit of coming to us is that we introduce you to variety of lenders and compare variety of products. If you go to bank then basically you have to choose only products offered by that bank at that stage.

Australia-wide services

It really does not matter where you live. We can get your finance done and settled. We offer our mobile services  and can come to you.
Most of our lending business is streamlined. It allows us to assess  your information with your application by mail, phone, fax or email.
Most of our clients belongs to all states but normally we deal with applicants  in particular WA, NSW, NT and Victoria.We are based in Perth WA but Australia is too small for us.
Temporary residents who are living in country and planning to buy in future can keep us in touch so we can guide them when exactly they can be qualified to get a loan.

 

Property valuations and credit reports

We can order an valuation upfront before you even buy a property. This can give you an even better estimate for the property you buying.
The property might be undervalued or overvalued and you can save you credit history for not going to bank if the property does not suit you well.
The credit report and valuation report is available free for clients upon request.

We Come to You

Just like bank mobile lenders, we come to you. We prepare all the documents. We help clients with FHOG and other related forms and documents. Our team is available from 7 Pm to 10 Pm to fit everybody working hours. We collect the documents, verify and scan them and if you are not tech savvy, then you will be saving lot of time as well.

However, you are welcome to visit our office too!

We take your full situation into account and analyse the possible outcomes. There are complex guidelines and by knowing them fully we are able to provide a complete solution.
A client can get a loan for $300K apartment but not for $200k vacant land.
The assessment of needs and income is the tool for cracking through the banks. You may not be qualified now but certainly you can sooner or later. We will guide you and keep you posted for possible outcomes and when you will be able to qualify. This will give you an estimate and enough time to look for right property.
Once you get into loan with a lender, we can review annually for free and provide you the best possible options available to keep you well informed.

Digitally tuned

We use paper applications as well digital applications. Some of our lenders use digital signatures so you can save lot of time and energy by using those services. We always promote less paper consuming services.
